Customer Services
Located in the branch offices, our Customer Service Representatives provide a rich source of
local sales and technical assistance. This group, which prides itself on its technical knowledge,
supports our customers as well as Berendsen Fluid Powers Field Sales Organization and
Customer Response Center. Each Customer Service Representative can place and track orders,
create conversions, check inventory and provide a host of other services.
Customer Response Center
For those customers who know what they want and need to check availability or place an order, our
Customer Response Center Representatives are ready to assist. With access to Berendsen Fluid Powers
central computer system, questions relating to product availability or the placement of product orders can
be handled quickly and efficiently. When an order is placed, the electronic order entry system provides not
only shipping and invoicing data, but also instantly routes the order to the appropriate distribution center
for filling and shipping.
Technical Support
Customers have found our specialized support groups invaluable in answering product related questions,
solving field application problems and providing expertise in the areas of hydraulic connectors and pneumatics.
